Impact of Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction in the Banking Sector of Quetta City

Organizational efficiency and effectiveness depend upon the implementation of rules, regulations policies devised by organization. Basically, organizations follow ethics, prescribed their various religion. Those Countries following Islam, mainly Islamic work ethics. Studying ethics impact on several attitudes behavior employees need time. This study examines organizational citizenship commitment through mediating mechanism job satisfaction. During process data gathering, 294 questionnaires from public private sector banks Quetta City were collected. Among respondents 223 male 71 female participated in survey. Descriptive inferential statistics employed for analysis evaluation. Linear regression was used hypothesis testing Andrew F. Hayes Process Macro Four utilized studying effect. The findings reveal that is positively significantly related to satisfaction mediates relationship between Ethics behavior.
